Cheyney university campus tour requests

• Tours are given Monday thru Friday at 10:00am.

• We ask that you please schedule your tour 2 weeks in advance.

• Please call 610-399-2304 to schedule your tour and check for availability. Someone will respond within 48 hours.

• Please leave a detailed message with your full name, phone number, e-mail address, and group size.

• Groups larger than 30 should schedule a month in advance by contacting JoVon Hill at JHILL@CHEYNEY.EDU.

• A general group visit includes an admissions presentation at 10:00 AM, followed by a walking tour of the campus at 11:00 AM.

• The regular tour route is designed to give the visitors an overall view of campus in an allotted time frame.

• While the Office of Admissions will work to comply with your requests, some dates (i.e, finals week, spring break, holidays, staff shortage, etc.) may be unavailable. If we cannot arrange a visit for your group on the date you request, we will work to come up with an alternate day to suit your needs.

• Please be on-time for your visit. While we will work to adjust to unexpected circumstances surrounding your arrival, we cannot guarantee the full Cheyney experience if your group does not arrive on time.

• If your group or organization is planning to dine with us, please contact Metz Culinary Management directly at 610.399.1017, or via email at gwilson@metzcorp.com, in order to make the appropriate arrangements. The cost per person is $6.00 for an all-you-can-eat buffet.
