Biography:

Roulhac, 1993 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, guided the Wolves from 1993-95. Rouhlac brings almost 30 years of experience to the staff. He will be directing the special teams. In what can only be described as serendipitous, Coach Rouhlac gave Coach Braxton his first job in coaching 18 years ago.

Rouhlac began his coaching career in the city of Philadelphia. His first position was with Fitzsimmons Jr. HS ini 1970. He went on to coach Drexel University, Roman Catholic HS, Simon Gratz HS, and George Washington HS before joining the staff at PSAC rival West Chester. After stints at Colgate University, Dartmouth College and the Ottawa Rough Riders of the Canadian Football League, Rouhlac began the task of rebuilding the Cheyney University program in the spring of 1992.

Under his leadership, the Wolves snapped a 36 game losing streak, ranked number one in the PSAC in pass defense, ranked 17th in the country in turnover margin and 30th in rushing. Running back Keith Highdon led the nation in rushing
