Keith Wall

Biography:

Last season Wall served as a volunteer assistant coach for the Wolves. Wall was a member of the Wolves Men’s Basketball team from 1986-1990. He was the six man on an impressive Wolves team that made the PASC playoffs all of his four years. He was named captain as a sophomore and continued in that role his final two seasons. During his four seasons with the Wolves, Cheyney posted an impressive 29 win season with a record of 69-44. He graduated from Cheyney with a Degree in Criminal Justice and Social Welfare in 1991. Keith is a active member of the C-Club and Cheyney Alumni Association. Keith is a native of Philadelphia and graduate of Simon Gratz High School. He played on the basketball at Gratz in 1986 and was third team All-Public and third team All- City. He also served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Simon Gratz High School from 1994 to 2008.
He continues to be active in basketball circles as an instructor with John Chaney and Sonny Hill community league in Philadelphia. Wall is currently working as Warrant Officer with the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, a position he has held for more than 10 years. Coach Wall has received numerous awards and recognitions in the community for his services to youth, but most notable was his inductions into Cheyney University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2009.
