Saturday, February 25, 2012Led by Janae Silver, Cheyney University sits third at the PA State Championship. Cheyney went 1-3 in baker matches with a win against Lincoln University. The Lady Wolves bowled their new high team game of 846 only to be beat only to fall to Kutztown (947).

Bowlers Roll
Monday, February 20, 2012Janea Silver and Taylor Billington paced the Cheyney University Women’s Bowling Team at the James Brown Invitational hosted by Morgan State Invitational. Silver averaged 151 pins while Billington averaged 147 over the three day tournament.

Cheyney Participates in the Largest Collegiate Bowling Tournament in the Country
Sunday, January 29, 2012Cheyney went 3-3 on day one of the three day tournament hosted by Kutztown University and Heister Lanes in Reading with 3,978 pins. Day one featured six baker matches. The Lady Wolves squeaked out 614-609 opening match win over Hampton. The first time CU has ever beaten Hampton on the lanes.
