Congratulations, prospective graduates, family members and guests and welcome to Cheyney University's Commencement Website! The 2013 Commencement Convocation will be held on the Cheyney University Quadrangle at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2013. PASSHE Board of Governors Set 2012-2013 Tuition Rates

July 10, 2012-- Cheyney University received word late Monday that The Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) has approved a 3 percent tuition increase for the 2012-13 academic year. The decision also reflects its commitment to the Legislature and the governor, and marks the fifth time in eight years the increase has been either at or below the rate of inflation.
