Call Enterprise located at 1313 Wilmington Pike, Westchester PA, 610-399-8081 for rental arrangements.  Our corporate rental contract number is N05978.  Enterprise will coordinate vehicle delivery and return with traveler.  If traveling on  business and leaving from home, you can reserve a vehicle from an Enterprise near your residence and have it delivered to your home (this includes PA, DE & NJ).  For other Enterprise locations, visit their website at www.enterprise.com.

Procedures for Reserving Enterprise Rentals (Two Options)

Travel Card

Purchase Order
  • Employees with travel cards should contact Enterprise to reserve a vehicle at least 24 hours in advance
  • Use Travel Card to secure rental of vehicle
  • Give Cheyney Customer #N05978
  • Travel Card policy must be followed.  Employee is responsible for charges against his/her travel card.  Travel expense voucher must be submitted with all required receipts and signatures for reimbursement
  • Enter Purchase Requisition into SAP for rental of vehicle at least two weeks prior to departure
  • Purchase Order will be issued once requisition has been fully released
  • Contact Enterprise to reserve the vehicle. Give Enterprise the PO# and the Customer #N05978
  • Enterprise will direct bill Accounts Payable on a monthly basis.  Employee should submit other travel related expenditures on a travel expense voucher securing appropriate signatures as required

  • Rental Days – All rentals are based on a 24-hour day
  • Personal Use – Corporate rental program is also available to employees for personal use at the rates above.  This is an added bonus for employees!
  • Fuel - If the fuel is not replaced to the same level the vehicles leave at, there will be a re-fueling charge
  • Large (12-15) Passenger Vans - 12 & 15 passenger vans cannot be operated in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island or Canada. The vans do not meet federal school bus safety standards and cannot be used to transport children in the 12th grade or younger, other than family members, for school related functions. 24-hour notice must be given to cancel a 12 or 15 passenger van reservation; otherwise, a one (1) day rental (minimum) will be assessed
  • Minimum Age to Rent - Renters and any additional drivers must be  21 years of age or older
