2017-18 Internship Institute Workshop Series
The Internship Institute at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania is designed to assist students in developing the skills necessary to prepare themselves for their pre-professional experiences. As a free service to Cheyney University students, it is highly recommended that all students participate in the Institute.
The Institute focuses on:
- Resume building
- Professional development
- Appropriate dress
- Communication skills, and more..
Students participating in the Institute are expected to develop the following skills:
- Resume writing
- Career decision-making
- Professional communication

Students can submit the completed registration form to email@example.com or complete a registration form in the Center for Career and Professional Development office located in Burleigh Hall Suite 224A. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
The Internship Institute runs in the fall and spring semesters, with students completing the required workshops over the course of the semester. The workshops are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during campus common hour. Students are required to attend a minimum number of workshops to successfully complete the Institute and earn their Certificate of Completion.
