During breakfast, lunch and dinner, we offer a wide selection of items including classic favorites prepared with flair, trendy gourmet selections, specialty sandwiches, and much, much more.
During lunch and dinner we offer a variety of featured items made-to-order. The fresh Italian specialties include: hand prepared Stromboli and calzones, fresh pasta dishes, such as lasagna and buffalo chicken pasta, and fresh dough pizzas made in our pizza oven. Want a pizza party? Let us know at the Villa Toscana station and place your order to go. Gluten-Free pizza is available upon request. In order to place an order for gluten-free pizza, please notify the dining hall when placing your order.
During most meals we cook-to-order many items right in front of our students, providing a customized meal. This fun presentation is very popular. Some of our most popular cook-to-order items include: Items from our "Foods of the World" concept such as Mandarin Stir Fry Bar, Vegetarian Stir Fry, Asian noodle bowl, and Chopped Salad Cuisine.
Our staff prepares homemade soups for you to enjoy while complementing our salad bar. Our array of soups includes hearty, healthy, and vegetarian delights. Farm to Table Fare is what we bring with mixed greens, fresh garden vegetables, freshly prepared salads, and assorted dressings will please the taste buds. Many Gluten-Free options and vegetarian choices are available at each meal.
During lunch and dinner, we offer a wide variety of fresh toppings, select meats and cheeses, tuna, egg and chicken salad, and an assortment of fresh baked breads, rolls, and wraps. All items are made to order. Gluten-Free breads available upon request. Try our daily sandwich feature for something different!
Live Well is designed for those looking for healthier dining options and offers a variety of freshly prepared nutritious gourmet items including a vegetarian-based protein selection, lean proteins, complex carbohydrate choices, and culinary creations form around the world. A carving station is available here on some days.
J. Clark's Grille is offered at lunch and dinner. The food is prepared right in front of our students on our char-broiler and griddle. Here you will find freshly prepared grilled items including fresh patted ground beef hamburgers, quesadillas, french fries and other daily sandwich features.
Come enjoy our fresh delicious treats from our in-house bakery! All of our baked goods are made fresh daily. Featured items include assorted cakes, pies, brownies, cereal bars, and cookies.
