Computer Labs

Cheyney University of Pennsylvania has 15 computer labs. Twenty labs (14) located on Main Campus and one (1) lab at The Urban Center (Philadelphia). Over 282systems are available for student use. These systems are divided between thirteen (12) Academic Classroom Labs and eight (3) General Use Labs. Academic Classroom Labs are available for student use during scheduled classroom hours. Student Labs are general purpose labs available for student use in Academic Buildings. All Academic Classroom Labs and Student Labs operate under a Windows XP operating system with Microsoft Office 2003 Professional- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, FrontPage and Publisher. Internet and email access are provided in each lab, as well as over twenty course specific applications.
