The helpdesk is located on the 1st floor in Vaux Hall. Office hours are Monday thru Friday: 8:30am - 5:00am.
Faculty and Staff should submit their requests in the following order. You must have a current Cheyney email account in order to receive helpdesk support.
- submit a helpdesk request through the online helpdesk system. Click on the icon on your desktop.

- contact the helpdesk at (610)399-2043.
