Network / Email accounts

All Cheyney faculty and Staff members have a user account setup for Network and Email access. New employees must fill out an online user account request form via My Cheyney Extranet Website. Your account will be setup automatically by the Information Technology Department. Your account will be setup as follows:

Username: first initial (first name) + last name (no spaces)

Password: first initial (first name) + first initial (last name) + employee ID number (no spaces)

Examples

Name: John Doe; Employee # 03999
Username: jdoe (no spaces)
Passwords: jd03999 (no spaces)
Your e-mail address would be: jdoe@cheyney.edu

Faculty Web Mail Logon

  1. Go to www.cheyney.edu
  2. Click on Wolf Mail
  3. Go to Faculty & Staff Login
  4. username: Type first initial + last name (no spaces)
  5. Password: Enter password: first initial (first name) + first initial (last name) + employee ID number (no spaces)
  6. Click OK
