Mission
The Office of University Advancement and External Relations creates, manages and sustains relationships and alliances that support the mission of Cheyney University. We are responsible for building a network of alumni, parents, friends, community leaders, faculty, staff, corporations and foundations who support the academic, cultural, student development, life, and athletic offerings of Cheyney University, through the donations of their time, talent and treasures; therefore, ensuring that America’s Oldest Historically Black Institution of Higher Education continues its tradition of preparing confident, competent, reflective, visionary leaders and responsible citizens.
