Cheyney University Hosts Keystone Honors Day

The Keystone Honors Academy at Cheyney University invites academically talented students to learn more about the Academy.  Join us on Friday, February 15, 2013 for Keystone Honors Day, an information session for prospective students.  The Academy provides competitive scholarships and an array of special opportunities for students who are admitted into the program.   

 
To Qualify for the Keystone Honors Academy:
• Students must meet the academic criteria including:
o A minimum high school/college grade point average of a 3.0 or higher
o  A minimum SAT score of 1000 in reading and math or a minimum ACT comp score of 21.
o Demonstrated leadership


Please complete a Cheyney University application for admission by February 1, submit your SAT/ACT scores, high school transcript and a personal essay and letters of recommendation.


The Keystone Honors Academy scholarship offers:
• Full tuition and fees
• Room and Board
• A laptop computer
• Books
• Many other educational and culturally enriching benefits


Keystone Honors Day will take place on February 15 from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.  The program will begin in the Marian Anderson Auditorium on the Cheyney University campus.


Prospective, qualifying students and a family member or friend are welcome to join us to learn about the scholarship options available, the many educational and cultural programs provided, the living-learning environment on campus, tour campus and meet the Dean and students of the Keystone Honors Academy.  Lunch is provided.  There is no cost to attend for qualifying students and a family member.
