Baylor and Sabb Lead Cheyney

Brandon Baylor and Jason Sabb combined for 32 points, more than half of the Wolves points, but Cheyney fell 83-61 to Bloomsburg. Baylor netted 19 points shooting 3-7 from the field and an impressive 10-11 from the charity stripe. He was also credited with three steals and three assists on the afternoon. Sabb scored 11 of his 13 points from the foul line.
Bloomsburg jumped out to a 7 point lead early in the contest. The Wolves were able to keep the deficit at seven through the first 14 minutes. The Huskies went on a 16-10 run to close out the half and extend the lead to 13, 40-27.
The teams traded buckets to start the second half but the Huskies then went on a 7-0 run to take control of the game. The Wolves were never able to bring the deficit into single digits.
Cheyney looks for the first PSAC East victory on Monday afternoon in Cope Hall. Tip-off against Millersville is slated for 3:00 pm.
