Brown Nets Twenty

Nadirah Brown scored 20 points and grabbed 8 rebounds but it wasn’t enough as the Lady Wolves fell 86-51 to Slippery Rock.

The Rock scored the first seven points and quickly took the lead up to double figures. Slippery Rock was up 18, 41-23 at intermission.

The Lady Wolves were unable to mount a comeback in the second half as the Rock outscored Cheyney 45-28.

Cheyney will continue the road trip to the far reaches of the state when they take on Mercyhurst in Erie on Saturday night.
