Carter Finishes Eleventh at NCAA Championships

Simone Carter posted a 7.67 in the 60 meter dash at the Division II National Championship held at the University of Minnesota Mankato. The junior from West Philadelphia High School finished sixth in her heat. She is believed to be the first women from Cheyney University to compete in the Indoor Championships.
