Cheyney University Enrollment Manager Michael Taylor advocates for Student Merit Scholarships

Michael Taylor engaged with State Representative Tony Payton at the recent PACAC College Access Forum. Taylor stated, "I will volunteer to assist Representative Payton with Pennsylvania House bills that focus on merit scholarships for Pennsylvania students."
