Cheyney University National Alumni Association to Honor Dr. King with scholarship gala

Members of the Cheyney University
National Alumni Association, Delaware County Chapter, recognize education as the most important civil rights issue of our time.

The organization is sponsoring its first annual Martin Luther King Scholarship Gala on Saturday, January 16, 2010, from 7 p.m. to 11p.m. at the Oaks Ballroom in Glenolden, Pennsylvania. A portion of the proceeds raised will help current and incoming Cheyney University students.

Please consider buying a ticket for the gala at the cost of $40. All tickets and donations must be received in advance. Checks can be made payable to CUAA, Delaware County Alumni Chapter.
