Irene Forces Cancellation of James Washington Invitational

The remnants of Hurricane Irene have forced Cheyney University to postpone the season opening James Washington Cross Country Meet. The meet was supposed to take place in and around the Cheyney University campus on Thursday, September 1 but had to be postponed due to down trees and debris along the course.

The meet has been rescheduled for Friday, October 7.
