Keystone Honors Academy Grad Appointed Philadelphia Assistant Attorney General

Cheyney University Keystone Honors Academy graduate Nina Knight (08') was admitted into the University of Pittsburgh School of Law on a full Bond Hill Scholarship. She is a J.D. Candidate 2011, University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she served as the president of the Pitt Black Law Students Association in 2010.  At the University of Pittsburgh, Ms. Knight competed in Moot Court 2008 and Mock Trial 2009 competitions. 

She has recently been appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia.

Prior to attending Cheyney University Ms. Knight served as a staff sargeant in the US Air Force.  She is a single mom who has faced tremendous adversity. She is a survivor which served as motivation for her life goal to be an attorney.
