NEW HRTM CLASS OPENS March 26 - Chocolate, Ice Cream, & Patisserie Management (HRM 465)

HRTM Students take note - a new course for Spring 2 has just been added to the curriculum. Classes begin on Monday March 26. Registration is available through Power Campus.
Chocolate, Ice Cream, & Patisserie Management (HRM 465) is a cutting edge course involving hands on pastry arts techniques with off campus tours of local bakeries and hotels.
Students will also work collaboratively to create chocolate desserts with an emphasis on techniques and plate presentations. The science of frozen desserts will also be explored.
