Students employed at Cheyney University must log into the e-Time portal and use their Desire 2 Learn login and password to enter their work hours. Supervisors are then able to electronically approve their students' hours for pay processing. Students have until midnight of the last Friday of the pay period to enter their hours and sign their timesheets. Unsigned timesheets cannot be processed for payment. Please contact the Payroll Office staff with any questions you may have concerning the use of the e-Time portal. You may email our staff with e-Time access problems at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The first pay date for the Fall 2011 semester is 9/23/2011.
