Identification System

Cheyney University Identification Cards are only issued to students who have been financially cleared. To obtain a University ID card visit IT Services on the 1st floor of Vaux-Login.

New Students
All first time students must report to IT Services to have their picture ID taken.

Continuing Students
ID cards will be updated once the student is financially cleared,

Replacement Cards
If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged you can obtain a replacement at a cost of $20.00. Please make payments to the Bursar's Office. If your ID card is damaged and has to be replaced, you must return the original ID card. Students should not have duplicate ID Cards.

ID pictures are taken from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Mon-Fri.
