new & transfer student housing request information
Welcome to Cheyney University!
Thank you for expressing your interest in housing. All new and transfer students should review the 2013-2014 Housing Information prior to completing the on-line housing request forms.
In order for our office to process your housing request in a timely manner, please make sure that the following steps have been completed:
Payment of the non-refundable $120 housing deposit has been received at the Bursar’s Office by June 30, 2013.
On-line New Student Housing Request form completed by June 30, 2013.
On-line Student Housing Agreement completed by June 30, 2013.
Complete all Cheyney University business as received in your Admissions acceptance package by advertised deadlines.
Housing Request forms received after the June 30, 2013 deadline will be reviewed beginning August 1, 2013.
This online Student Housing Agreement is your formal housing contract (there are no paper contracts to sign). You should review the contract before submitting it. By submitting this form and accepting the room key, you agree to the terms of the Student Housing Agreement for the academic year. Once the on line forms have been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide on your housing request form.
