TELECOMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA SERVICES

 

The Telecommunications and Media Services department is responsible for managing and overseeing the following operations at Cheyney University:

Unified Communications, creative and media services, the University website design and management; graphic design support; television studio (Ed Bradley Broadcast Center), remote video productions, non-linear video editing; WCUB-Ch. 4 radio; audio/visual and multimedia special presentations; live event productions (lighting, sound, video, staging and scripting); emergency mass notification; digital signage; multimedia and instructional technology classrooms (auditoriums, Smart labs); distance learning center and video conferencing; telephone, VoIP and voice mail services; phone, data, fiber and cable-TV wiring installation and maintenance.
