  1. Where can I receive information regarding Wolf Orientation?

    Students interested in attending Wolf Orientation should visit us online at the Wolf Orientation webpage or stop by the University College office located on the 1st floor of the Vaux-Logan Building suite 105.  You can also email University College at universitycollege@cheyney.edu for more information.

  2. Is Wolf Orientation required?

    Wolf Orientation is an important part of your transition to Cheyney University.  For a majority of students it is a requirement however special allowances can be made for out of area students (for more information contact universitycollege@cheyney.edu).  Wolf Orientation is designed to provide important information regarding academic expectations and campus resources (Financial Aid, Residential Life, Health Services, and other related information).  Wolf Orientation will assist you in satisfactorily completing the enrollment process including submitting all required forms, creation of a fall schedule, financial aid assistance, and making payment arrangements.

  3. How do I register for Wolf Orientation sessions?

    Students should review the Wolf Orientation dates (available on the Wolf Orientation website) and submit the completed Wolf Orientation form available online.

  4. What if I am unable to attend any of the open Wolf Orientation dates?

    Wolf Orientation is required for all incoming new students however special allowances can be made for out of area students.  Please contact University College if you need additional assistance.

  5. What if I need to change my confirmed Wolf Orientation date?

    Contact University College at universitycollege@cheyney.edu requesting a change of date.  Please provide your name, the date that you originally signed up for, and the new date that you are requesting.

  6. Can my family attend Wolf Orientation with me?

    Family members are welcome to attend orientation sessions; however the new acceptance fee only covers the student and two family members.  There will be an additional $15 Orientation guest fee for additional guests.  There will be information sessions for both new students and Parents (or guardians).

  7. What should I bring to Wolf Orientation?

    Students should bring copies of all completed forms, health insurance card, and credit card or money order to secure all fees and deposits.

  8. Where should I go when I arrive on campus?

    Students should check in at the registration area located in the James Druckery Social Science building (DSS) located on the main campus of Cheyney University at 1837 University Circle, Cheyney PA 19319.  Parking is available in the parking lot across from the McKnight Rogers building.

  9. What activities are planned for Wolf Orientation?

    Wolf Orientation will provide activities to help you get familiar with the Cheyney University campus, the academic offerings that Cheyney University provides, academic support services available to all students, and give you an opportunity to meet other new students who are transitioning just like you.  There will also be information sessions throughout the day for both parents and students to attend.

  10. When will I receive my school schedule?


    Most schedules for new students will be available during Discovery Days granted that all assessments are completed.  Students that attended Cheyney Mobile should be able to pick up their school schedule on July 9th during Wolf Orientation.
